Ngine DLL
The Ngine.dll is a compiled unit of code built for the .Net 4 Framework and comprises of useful and generic functionlaity. The DLL has three namespaces (categories) of functions namely:-
Encryption – Encrypt and Decryt strings (based on the RijndaelManaged class)
SQL – Funcationality for SQL Server connections
Useful – A collection of useful functions

Nreports Windows Application

The Nreports Windows application is in it’s final development and testing phase and will soon be released. This is a simple reporting solution allowing one to create professional reports from simple SQL queries.
The application will be available as a single user application or a multi-user networked solution and uses the Nreport DLL as it’s core. It provides an intuitive front-end for users to create reports and store them in a fully customisable treeview. Reports can be run off different SQL Servers (provided you have the connection details), and only a basic knowledge of SQL queries is required to get you started with your first report!

The Nreport dll is a compiled unit of code that developers using Visual Studio 2010 can use to quickly and easily implement reporting capabilities into their projects.
The Nreport dll is built for the .Net 4 Framework and creates Microsoft Reports on the fly. The report engine returns a memory stream containing valid report XML which can be loaded into a standard .Net Report Viewer control (either web based or forms based)
No knowledge of Microsoft Reporting or XML is required!
The only required setting is a populated DataTable.
Requirements:
- .Net 4
- Visual Studio 2010
- A form / web page * with a standard ReportViewer control
* The ReportViewer control workes best in IE and is not supported in other browsers. Consult Microsoft documentation for implementing a MS report in a web interface.
The dll may be used in multiple projects, and distributed as part of your developed solution. The free dll may be distributed to developers whereas the paid for version is a “per developer” licence. As the cost is so low, we would appreciate ones honestly in this regard.
